Hi everyone!
Just checking in because, quite frankly, if I don't KEEP UP, I can't CATCH UP!!!
I am on day 3 of this new lifestyle. My fish for dinner last night tanked! I guess it just doesn't pay me to plan. I had it out and thawing and then had to work a job late. #1 son says, "Tuesday is Subway night" and I lost it! I told him to throw the salmon in the fridge and I would bring Subways home with me from my job. I'm soooooo easy! Geeesh!
I took #2 son out for Chineese for lunch. But I still worked out ok since I didn't do any snacking. Pulled that one out of the fire.
I'm taking mom to a card party tonight. They're supposed to serve sandwiches, so we'll see what kind of choices I can make there. I had a Subway for lunch today and now will just snack on fruit for the rest of the day.
We're going to our favorite B&B this weekend, did I tell you all that already? Sorry, my Alzheimer's is kicking in again. (For any of you that might take offense to that remark, please don't. My father had it and so I say it often. It helps me to joke about it, because it could so very likely come true.) Woah, that was a downer......sorry!
I think I got all the wet stuff out of my laundry room. I even had to re-wash the bassinett skirt I had boxed and put away from when the kids were little. What alot of extra work I didn't need.
I have a couple of jobs to do this afternoon, but I want to respond before I go.
2cute: I bet you are sore from all the moving stuff you've been doing lately. But just think how great it all looks. It was worth it, you know it was!

Hope you have a safe trip to visit your folks. * Good for you grabbing the Special K. You're right, it was better than stopping for fast food. That is one of my biggest downfalls when I'm in a hurry and on the run.
Baylee: You sound like me when my DH is out of town. I just can't function. If you think you're dealing with Depression, go get checked. My best friend was really not herself (that's being polite) for the last year or so and finally I asked her if she had considered suffering from Clinical Depression. I encouraged her to go see the doctor and all the symtoms fit. She's now been on meds for 3 weeks and is feeling a world of better.
Michelle: Glad the ambition bug is rubbing off. I wish it would rub on me too. Lord knows this house needs some help, BIG time!!
Tina: Another 3#'s, awesome! You are doing so well. I'm so proud of you. And.......I think you're rubbing off on me, I'm on day 3 of my new lifestyle.
Mary: You are one busy beaver, on the go all the time. I hope you're enjoying yourself along the way!
Katrina: Your Tuesday Tip was great! We do have to learn that just because it's a treat, doesn't mean we can't have it, just count it and go. We have to get past the looks and stares we get when there's ice cream in our shopping carts.

Congrats on raiding DH's closet. That must make you feel GREAT!
Malia: Sounds like Mikey wants a walk on the beach.

Dottis' is always great for recipes. Syn is always good for recipe websites, I'll have to see if she's around to lend some assistance.
Well girls, gotta go. I'm off to work and then home to wash up before heading out for the evening with my mom. Hope you all have a great day! Love to all!
