Update: I weigh and portion all my foods that aren't single serving items. My fat level is between 25-30% of my total caloric intake per day. I think I must have been a slow starter.
This morning, in full PJs (I normally weigh in the birthday suit) the scale indicated a 4-6 lb loss. Unfortunately the only thing looser fitting is my ring!
A. Congrats on the weight-loss! Remember that there is something called water-retnetion.
Well maybe your like me. I never lose just one pound. I lose 5 pounds. I will stall for weeks. Each time I second guess. Try to figure out if maybe I had eaten too much or the wrong things. Maybe I skipped going to the gym.
Usually, I try to just keep eating healthy and make sure I go to the gym when I'm supposed to. I only workout 3 times a week. I do weight room routine each time and a short 22 minute cardio on the Arc Trainer (a lot like an Elliptical).
Then I see little signs my clothes are a little bigger. My rings are spinning more. Then the scale will reflect the change. I know it's coming but I have to wait for the scale to register the change.
Hang in. The scale is only one measure. You might want to go to the tape sometimes people see that change before the scale knows what hit it.

You know that's a good point.
I know that most of the time I can see/feel changes in my body before they are reflected on the scale. I can feel my pants being a bit loose or whatever first. But it takes a few days for the scale to catch up!
Well, My hips are 55", but I have really svelte fingers!
I've lost 6 inches in my waist and yet I still can't wear my wedding ring...even though I weigh less now then when I stopped wearing it. It's so weird.
The first area I had noticeable weight loss was in my feet/ankles. My shoes were the first things to get loose. I was thrilled. Also one of my favorite NSV's, (Non-scale victories) was when my wedding ring fit on the proper finger. I was on cloud nine! Congrats and keep up the good work!!!
