Hey all,
So I'm not as new as you think, I've recently started over with a new username and really new everything. I had been off the wagon for a while and totally making excuses and lying to myself about it so I woke up this morning and decided to just clean slate it and start over completely. I'm back at it and slowly surviving day one. My overall goal is 100lbs (235-135 - I'm 5'4") but to help get me there I'm setting some mini goals... that are attainable and will help me along the way.
First mini goal is 10lbs by Halloween. Wish me luck
