Default New Mini Goal

Hey all,
So I'm not as new as you think, I've recently started over with a new username and really new everything. I had been off the wagon for a while and totally making excuses and lying to myself about it so I woke up this morning and decided to just clean slate it and start over completely. I'm back at it and slowly surviving day one. My overall goal is 100lbs (235-135 - I'm 5'4") but to help get me there I'm setting some mini goals... that are attainable and will help me along the way.
First mini goal is 10lbs by Halloween. Wish me luck

Congrats for getting back on the horse! Forgive yourself for the past and forget it. I'm trying to take things day by day. I'm not thinking about the weeks and months ahead or all the months behind me. I'm loving myself through today and today is all I'm focusing on. Mini goals will definately help you stay on plan. You can do this!

Default A Pants Goal Too!

Ok, I've decided to add a pair of pants to this mini goal. They are not ultimate goal pants, but are going to probably be pants that won't fit me until I'm down 40-50lbs. They are H&M size 12 wide leg brown linen pants. I bought them years ago, they fit me for about 5 minutes, and I love them so much that I couldn't every bear to part with them. I want to wear those pants...and not like...just get them on and zipped up....like wear them, be able to breathe and sit in them and have no muffin top.
I've taken said pants out of the back of my closet and have pinned them up on my wall. The pants will be mine.

I always found it easier to set smaller goals, looking at the big picture just gets way to overwhelming. Right now I am working on 10lbs myself, want to lose it by the 17th I am down 6lbs. Good luck with your 10lbs!!!
