Maybe, because you were stalled for so long, you became to accept that as your new "norm" so when the scales does finally show some weight lose, you are in disbelief.

I think a person can get disillusioned after awhile when you are doing as well as you say you have been doing and nothing happens. I am glad that you decided to shake things up and nudge those numbers down.

I just feel like our bodies need that once in awhile --otherwise, they get to operate more efficiently on the way we were doing things.

Thanks for sharing. You'll move through this, I am sure.
