My reward for reaching my ultimate goal is going to be an expensive and unique bikini. I have never felt comfortable in my swimming suit, so I'm looking forward to a day where I might! My goal is to be thin by the time I (most probably) move to Miami next summer, so this will fit in nicely with that change.
Aside from that, feeling better about myself and trying on successively smaller pants sizes (even if I don't purchase them) are going to be my ongoing mini-rewards.
im out for a rather fine dining experience on 14th Nov....
so im hoping goal is near by the 1st so i have time to go dress shopping....
i wana look amazing compared to last year when i was a size 16....
i know it sounds silly but my rewards are progressive and constant. my boyfriend loves my (now visible) waist and it's pretty much all the reward i need for now.
however, when i reach my goal, new clothes will be in order also
For a while, I was doing accessories at about $40 a pop for every 10 lbs lost. (Collar, parasol, slave bracelet, etc.) and now that I'm getting closer and closer to my ideal size.. (I don't really have a goal weight in specific anymore, I'm just going to keep going until I reach my goal waist size and then maintain at whatever scale number that leaves me at) I've been buying new clothes left and right!
In the past month or two, I've gotten.. 8 new skirts, 6 new pairs of leggings/tights, a new pair of boots, about 10 new tops, a new jacket, cute new socks, and some cute jewelry.
Come October 15, when more money will be available to me, I'm going to order even more new stuff. (I'm thinking a cute dress, a hoodie, and some accessories. )
I'm not exactly where I want to be with my body yet, but I'm pretty ecstatically happy about these rewards. I guess the true reward, though, is that I LOVE shopping now. ^_^
I was at my heaviest when my son got married in dec o7. THe pictures will be seen and displayed forever. I decided that night I didnt want to be fat and miserable when my daughters get married. Well my oldest daughter is getting married in 5 months and i will get the reward of not being as fat in her pictures and maybe by the time my youngest marries i will be at my goal weight.I also will get the reward of being healthier for my grandchildren as they come..1st one is due in 5 weeks.
I don't have a specific reward for my main goal, but I'm sure there will be shopping involved. I do know there is a place I've always wanted to go hiking but have never been in shape enough to do it. That would be quite a reward. I played volleyball at a work outing last week and impressed myself and my coworkers with how well I played, how high I could jump, etc. That was a reward too in its own way. I'm getting stronger and more fit every day.
Saturday I wanted to treat myself for doing so well all month, so I got a sexy new pair of shoes. The fact that DH drooled over me in them and insisted I buy them along with the practical shoes I had picked out for work made the whole thing feel even better! I have about another 5-10 pounds to go and none of my work pants will fit. They are already looking pretty much like elephant skin but not quite falling off, so I will have to buy a few pair to get me through, but I will only buy maybe 3 or 4 and do extra laundry through the week as I plan to have them also be too big before long!
Edit 9/21: And I've always wanted a tatoo but I've been afraid to get one when I'm fat b/c I worried about it looking weird when I lost weight (no idea if this is a rational worry or not) but I think that too will be a reward for when I reach my goal.

For my ultimate goal - I don't have a number, just want a healthy BMI - I'm going to buy myself a pair of knee-high leather boots. I've always wanted those and cant fit into them ... yet.
I do need to come up with some kind of reward when I hit below 300. I haven't seen the 200s in YEARS!!! I think maybe some jewellery - earrings are my passion.
