Thanks for all the replies. I'm glad I'm not the only one who feels this way!
I feel better about the "gain." I also forgot to remind myself of how much water I drank before going to the doctor's because I was there for a urine test (kidney stones).

It really doesn't matter how much it is off from your one at home. Both of you should have registered a twenty pound loss at the doctor's office based on your prior weighing on the same scale. And I hope both doctors congratulated you.
