Default I was BAD

I have been sooo bad this week, especially today. I ate some greasy, fatty food (they were still veg but fried). I thought I was going to be sick afterwards. I just feel like I can't get enough to eat this week, so in turn I eat everything in sight.

Xraygirl - first, YOU were not anything...not good, not bad.

You made some bad food choices, fine, but it doesn't mean anything about you as a person.

That being said - what do you think went wrong? Were you in a high-temptation environment when hungry? Have you been getting enough fiber/protein/water to prevent ravenous hunger? Could it be hormonal?

Figuring out what triggered this little off plan jaunt could help. After that, it's time to let go and get right back on plan. Everyone has a blip or two...get right back on your plan and move forward.

Hey xraygirl,

Is it possible that your weight loss plan is too strict? Although some hunger is normal during weight loss, you shouldn't find yourself so ravenous that you want to eat everything in sight.

Share a typical day's foods with us--maybe we can make some suggestions.

I think it has been all hormonal. I usually eat every three hours, fresh fruit & veggies, sandwiches on whole wheat. When I am eating correctly, I am never hungry. I have been having to deal with 2 sick kids and it's almost TOM. Another thing that messes me up is not having good food in the house. I have needed to go to the grocery for over a week now and haven't had the time to. As result, the only thing good I have to eat are carrots. As soon as I had put something bad in my mouth, I couldn't stop. NO MORE!!! I hate feeling so crummy. I am going to the store tonight, no matter how late it is.
