Sure...sure he will ...but I did get your attention ...especially TECHWIFE'S!

Just a reminder the race is on this week-end!...time is running short to train and enter............

do something good for yourself and family this Memorial Day Week-End....grab the kids take a hike ~ walk ~ run ~ picnic ~

anything to get in 3.1 miles of exercise and fun

start a new tradition!....after all you will feel a lot better about those calories if you burn a few off before that backyard BBQ!

am I right?
