S/C/G: Lost 50 lbs, regained some

Height: 5'3"

Default

WebRover, (Hey fellow Floridian!)

My hips are 42" and with a 35" waist, the ratio is 83.33%. So... again, it's all someone's "idea" and doesn't necessarily apply to every individual.

Now, if I lost another 10 pounds, that might change--but my guess for now is that those proportions would probably stay the same.

Abdominal and core exercises--they sure have helped me to get a flatter abdomen. And they help my back feel better, too.
