Thanks everybody. I'm back on my eating plan, but by the skin of my teeth it seems! I'm still dealing with cravings for the very foods that put me in the place I'm in.
Looks like the only thing to do is keep at it.....
beginme, I find myself veering off plan more than I'd like to admit, but I have to accept that I'm not perfect and sometimes it's just going to happen. It makes it much easier to get back on plan if you don't beat yourself up over a little detour
