I have to say, it feels wonderful to not "worry" that something I love MIGHT BE in reach. It's been a lofty goal of mine for a long time... to be able to
indulge occasionally without totally blowing my diet. I would like to be able to have that once-in-a-while KitKat bar, or that occasional milkshake, WHATEVER - without feeling like I HAVE TO HAVE another! - or, Ummmm.... I want this everyday! I purposely waited until I'd been on my junk-food-fast for at least 30 days before I even attempted to test myself.
I may not be losing weight very quickly, but I certainly feel better! - getting all that sugar & white flour out of my system! - And to me, that's HALF the battle of any diet!
Thanks everyone, for your cheers! I'm still very excited about this accomplishment! - to celebrate, I'm getting a fresh pedi this weekend!!! WOOHOO!
