Default Work out at home

Hey everybody.

If you're like me, you might have a hard time squeezing in a workout between class and work and rehearsal ect. ect.

I was browsing the web and I came across this website that gives you instructional work out videos for FREE!

it's called Sparkpeople. Just google it and I'm sure you'll find it. There are TONS of free resources for getting in a quick work out at home.

I just did one and it's GREAT!!

peace out

I haven't ever used the videos, but I use Sparkpeople to keep track of my cardio, strength training AND calories. I like the site a lot.
