Hi everybody!
I went for an hour long walk (and in Appalachian Pennsylvania that means HILLS) today, and when I got home, I took of my walking shoes, drank some water, and then stepped on the scale (I know, I shouldn't weigh myself sooo much. I'm gonna try and only weigh myself every Sunday).
I noticed something strange..
..I thought for sure that all that being on my feet plus the water would make the number on the scale go up...
...but it was actually LOWER.
Is my weight just "appearing" smaller because I just exercised...
...or is that a loss? (crosses fingers)
