I love this idea. Right now I'm in the midst of a full-blown plateau, and it's difficult (at times) to keep making good choices when you aren't able to see the rewards on the scale. This will help remind me of how far I've come!
6 months ago, I never thought I would:
--enjoy getting up early to bike to work.
--feel guilty for eating a granola bar.
--have size 16 jeans that are getting too big!
--do anything but cringe when I look at my reflection.
--want to go hiking with friends.
--have the confidence to start a new hobby (boxing!).
--feel comfortable wearing a belt.
--have such beautiful collarbones.
--see my reflection at the gym and immediately have to try and figure out if that was the truth, or if i was just in front of a "skinny" mirror. (it's the TRUTH! My thighs really are getting that small!

)
In all honesty, there are a few things that I STILL feel like I'll never be able to do, but I hope to prove myself wrong one of these days:
1.) Wear a size 8.
2.) Weigh less than my boyfriend.
3.) Have muscular, toned arms rather than the fat flab that I've got currently.
4.) Be able to wear tank tops and capri pants like all the cute girls and not worry about how my arms/belly look.
