We had our 5K today. My nephew ran 25 something, Angie had a 31:08, I had a 33:44 and my daughter had to stop and "get rid of some breakfast"...she still finished strong and felt much better! My brother in law couldn't make it, got called into emergency surgery, so he and my sil missed it and my son in law wasn't feeling well....probably knowing I would beat him

Lessseee... I think my training plan has about 8 on Saturday and 12-14 on sunday. So 2.5 times on Sat and 4 times on Sunday

We should recruit Helen (YP1) she has the London Marathon next weekend --that is 8.45 times.

I guess that's my category...I LIKE MULTIPLES

I guess I'm in the ENNAY WANTS IT MORE THAN ONCE category since I have a 6 miler on the schedule for Saturday. But I won't be running as fast as Ennay, that's for sure!
