LOL! Great idea. I'm in. If the weather is nice, I'll go run the big loop in Valley Forge Park, so you can put me in the "Old Fossil Looking at American History" category. If it's not a perfect day, I'll be on the treadmill. That would be the "Fair Weather Runner" category

Hey Gary, if you're lookin' for a Run Title/Theme Song might I suggest Lenny Kravitz's "Where Are We Runnin'"? Seems fitting!!

We had our 5K today. My nephew ran 25 something, Angie had a 31:08, I had a 33:44 and my daughter had to stop and "get rid of some breakfast"...she still finished strong and felt much better! My brother in law couldn't make it, got called into emergency surgery, so he and my sil missed it and my son in law wasn't feeling well....probably knowing I would beat him

I posted a couple of pics on in "C-N Nothing But Butt" in this forum.

Whoops I thought it was next weekend.

I'm planning on walking Friday. I've been training a little bit more each day.

Does it count as multiple entries if I do it more than once?

Lessseee... I think my training plan has about 8 on Saturday and 12-14 on sunday. So 2.5 times on Sat and 4 times on Sunday

We should recruit Helen (YP1) she has the London Marathon next weekend --that is 8.45 times.

I guess that's my category...I LIKE MULTIPLES

Coming out of lurk-dom to request being added to the "semi-elite" category for Saturday.

Am I allowed to cycle it if I promise to do double or triple the milage? I can't run or walk much at the moment due to foot injury

If so, count me in!

I guess I'm in the ENNAY WANTS IT MORE THAN ONCE category since I have a 6 miler on the schedule for Saturday. But I won't be running as fast as Ennay, that's for sure!
