  • Only if you aren't drinking enough water do you have problems with fiber causing constipation. Really the only applies to eating fiber straight (such as supplements). Natural foods with fiber tend to have enough water to help the fiber along.
  • Most bread contains gluten which is a binder and will literally bind you up, try knocking bread on the head for a few days and you will really see a difference.
