I wasn't sure where to post this, but here it is. If someone thinks it should be moved somewhere else, be my guest!

I just finished watching the show "Big as Life: Obesity in America" on Discovery Health and I couldn't peel myself off of the TV. I think everyone should watch this. If you're serious about losing weight, this is a MUST see.

The show is very "eye opening", and I know some of us here have had our eyes wide open for a while and still struggle to get motivated to lose the weight. It's not about vanity, it's about health and our future. The say obesity has tripled in the US, and at the rate we're going 100 yrs from now they predict EVERYONE will be obese!

I highly recommend this show, I taped it and will be watching it periodically so I don't forget why I chose to fight the battle!
