I weighed Friday, but forgot to post. Up 1lb. to 148 this week (hope it's water weight). I think I'll wait to change my ticker.

weighed in yesterday: down 9 lbs . I'm on week 1 so I am guessing next week will be less also I am switching my weigh in day to friday so next week will be a shorter week.

I am at 335.6 down from 341.0 this time last week ive lost about 14 in all. It feels really great to take care of yourself again........you ladies rock
