OK well the week before last i gained back one lb last week i lost 3 woohoo yay! back on track and i think you guys were right about the calories i was havign too few because last week the office treated every to breakfast i had a chicken biscuit and the mexican another day with a lunch date with a friend whihc really boosted my calorie intake and dropped the whooping 3 lbs. I also got to but jeans in a smaller size *happy dance*
