I was away ...now I'm back. Had no internet service and I had a bad night. Not as bad as they come but bad. I woke up ths morning with aching feet and a headache and not wanting to get out of bed. But I did cause I did. I have been on plan

. I planned my whole day. water, snacks meals ..all of it. Hopefully that will be my safety net. Nightime continues to be some kind of parallel universe where nothing I did all day matters. My convictions, motiviations, plans all of it are somewhere else. I liken it to addiction only not nearly as rough I know. An obssesion? bad habit? compulsion? Man who knows but it aint fun!
Short1 , I hope you hop back on the loosing train look how far you are now. Man I would kill to be at your old weight 175... aaah I remember 175 . But now your in the 150's girl! You got it goin on!! So leave Christmas junkland behind!
guyana, good for you for hoppin on your bike! Have you been on since? Have a ride for me! I would love to have a bike. Just know hat when you do this you are firing up yur metabolism and burnin some calories!

I am saving for a treadmill. It gets soooo hot here that it is hard to go outdoors. I am orginally from the NW!
I bough some flavored teas. The flavors are vanilla, peach, orange cinnamon, toffee { yucko}. I bought these in hopes of upping my water intake. Am I foolin myself? The only herbal tea I have found here is chamomile. Believe me I dont need o be any more mellow than I already am. My BP is usually 120 over 65.
I joined a Valentines Day challenge on the 100lb club. I love Valentines day! I still dont have my new scale so its kinda odd of me to join if I cant post my weight but I hope it will help keep me focused.
