I've been bouncing back and forth from 147 to 149 ever since I had to go back on my old medication back in early September due to a severe flare-up. I'm off the meds now, but my metabolism still seems to be shot, and it's REALLY ticking me off. I was 149 on my weigh in day and 147 the day after, and I'll probably be 149 tomorrow again.

down 100g... hardly counts but heh could be a gain. Thank god both my parents birthdays have passed. I had cake (not massive amounts) and it was nice and I was happy to accept the consequence of non loss but it's good to know there's a nice longgggggg stretch until xmas now to keep plugging on

I'm at 164 for last couple weeks.

I am going to add weights twice a week and try for 5 days of cardio.

Staying steady at 10st 13 (153 lb). I'm not bothered by that because I'm in the runup to TOM and probably up to 8lb of that will be water weight. (Yes, I do bloat like a whale).

Only counting loss as 1 lb this week (it was actually 1.4 but I don't count the decimals). Its the least I've lost in a week since starting the Xenical end of July, so a little disappointed. However my mini-goal is still achievable if I lose 3lb in the next two weeks.

I'm hangin' out at 150. I am grateful I haven't gained anything - I guess maybe I am practicing maintenance. I have had too many social events, treats etc lately to loose anything.

I keep bouncing around on my weigh-in day. I've decided to make it Monday mornings, cause that is when I tend to binge due to my schedule. So, this am I am at 195.5 (I was at 201 3 weeks ago). I was 198 last Tuesday! Seeing a smaller number on the scale has really helped me this morning.

Myself, down 2 from last monday. Have been down 2 each week for a few weeks. Usually only do a weigh in every 2 weeks but for the last few weeks someone has had to be at the doc so I have gotten an extra weigh in there. It won't last lol. I generaly lose 1lb a week.

butterflykisses
Don't be to upset, it could have been a gain. Just stick with it.

Midwife
Nice going. Yes, it does feel good doesn't it.

denial
That is the way to look at it. Could have been a gain. When you know what has been going on isn't the best to lose weight. You know things will get back on track.

kforkitty
I only count full lbs too. Figure leave it till the next time. Will get to claim the extra sooner or later. Glad to see you had a loss.

moskau
Do you do that too, I remember I went in for a weigh in and had no loss at all, ok maybe 1/2lb. I thought that is so strange, always has been 1lb a week or a bit more. Started my dot 3 days later. Had to go in to drop something off a week later. Thought what the heck did another weigh in. Had lost 4.5 lbs. Never again, I don't do a weigh in within 4 days of starting and 4 days of stopping.

ruberlegs
That is the way to do it. Congrats

maalissa
I too worry about the meds. I have been sick and they wanted to put me back on some stuff for my lungs. I said forget it until we really need to. That stuff is what caused most of my weight gain to begin with. Hope you get things back in order.

annabela

Nice loss. I too have to watch the pop. Generally only have one a week now, but from time to time it calls me. I have to tell it to shut up lol.

Health issues complicate things on so many levels, don't they? Thank you so much for your sympathy. I hope things get back in order for you, too!
