Seems like I'm just going to have to just take these things in stride as I go along rather than get too stressed out over it (it seems like I've learned more about weight loss in the past week or two than I've known in the past! I wonder if this is why I've had problems before

Also, a little update: I was a little curious to see if I was still the same as I was yesterday, and I was very surprised to see that I was a pound
lighter than I was at the beginning of the week! Talk about strange!
