Default On the down slide again..

After my last post I did a lot of thinking about what I have been doing different for that week or 2 my weight didn't budge. Well after much thinking I saw that exercise really was not the issue. I have not been exercising (like tapes, cardio etc) for a bit now and still lost weight. So Ok I marked that off the list. So next I looked at what I was eating. And saw that I was still eating the same amount of calories as I was when I was 160 and now I am in the mid 130s. Ok so I tweak those down a bit. Next was my water intake. I had slacked on the amount of water I was drinking. So I upped that back up. So with those 2 changes I noticed my weight took that dip off of 136. As of this morning I was 135.something.

I know I have may goal weight set for 130 but my main goal really is to be in my 32 (mens) pants comfortably. So because I am so close to 130 and I can put 32s on but they are still tight. I will continue on my plan until I can wear those 32 pants and them not be tight. Once I get there I will try my hand at maintaining. Which I believe I can do.

Hey need2lose,

Good for you! Keep going!

Are you sure you don't want to include some physical activity? That can make a difference in your calorie burn per day.

Rock on!! I think I need to reduce my calories as well to lose more weight. Good job And even more impressive that you've STILL been losing weight without much exercise.

Yay! Congrats on getting over that hump. I don't look forward to plateaus, but when I do hit them, it's nice to see other's experiences on how they overcame it. Thanks for sharing your story.
