I get that..makes sense since that's what happened to me last time. When I lost weight and my trainer told me I needed to start eating before I could come back for more sessions...so I started eating and NEVER went back to the gym.
Hmmmmm...from one extreme to the other. Although I think I'd rather be not eating and exercising than eating and not exercising. But that's because I hate being fat.
(note: I would never not eat again....I like food too much)
