Me: 179, up 3 pounds from last week. Well, I was expecting a gain, but wow. I didn't spend the entirity of last week just pigging out the whole time. There were a few days that I ate what I wanted, when I wanted. I didn't think it was enough to lead to a 3 pound gain, though. Well, I guess it shows that I really need to be more careful now that I'm at a lower weight.
I lost 5 lbs this week and I'm very happy! I'm actually so much happier on calorie counting because I get to have more of a choice what to eat. I'm making healthy food choices, and I'm getting full AND I get my occassional treat foods like chocolate and maybe an ice cream cone from McDonalds.
I'm so happy with calorie counting....I finally got my mom into it. So everyone wish her luck!!! yay!
I know I always post my weights a few days earlier than my official weigh in but I just can't help myself. For the past 2 days I have seen 142 on the scale in the morning so thats probably what it will be Sunday on my official day. Or maybe I should just move my official day to Friday lol.
My weight loss slowed to a steady 1lb loss a week. Which I am still very happy with that. I haven't really been able to exercise for the past few weeks so even a 1lb loss with proper eating is good.
I was really hoping to be 150 today...but i'll take the 151 in my ticker. I am down one pound this week. I know one pound down a week is better than none....but you can't blame a girl for hoping. Also, down half an inch all over this month. So...that is a good thing too.
Tealleaf....you may just be retaining some fluids from eating whatever you wanted. it may have had more sodium than you thought. I'm sure you'll be down that 3 pounds and probably another one or two by next friday.
Yay Sheila!!!! 5 pounds!! Wow!!! How i'd love to drop that in a week...or even two. Good job!! I love calorie counting.

Need2lose...we are in the same boat. One pound a week is about all i get lucky and lose too.But hey...as long as it goes down and not up...we have something to be very happy about...right???!!! lol.

I'm up a couple this week. I am trying very hard because of a beach vacation in a month. I'd really like to lose at least 5 to 10.
My weight has been holding steady, but I didn't drop below 165 this week.
I know it probably a fluid fluctuation because we went out to dinner last night.
I have to make it to the gym this week. I didn't get enough exercise in, it is just so discouraging sometimes.I also know I'm just getting too many calories in.
Well I'm up 1 pound to 190 which is to be expected because I didn't exercise much and made a few not-so-good choices on what to eat during the week. I wasn't totally off track, and I'm thankful it's only 1 pound...I plan to have this 1 pound gone by monday and be back into the 180's!
It's down .8 lb. I don't get the weight loss thing sometimes, like how I can stay on the same plan for 2 consecutive weeks but have totally different results, lol. I'm happy with anything that isn't a gain, though! Hoping for the 240's next weigh week!!

I only lost a half a pound this week. I was a little bit discouraged but I figure its a half a pound and at least I didn't gain anything back. Just need to focus a little bit better this week and the next and I should be back on track.
