Haha, thanks for the encouragement!! I have a few other forums I frequent and lets just say I'm glad I have a lot of downtime at the office! :) Seems like a great place!

My goal for August...I want to see 157 on the scale on September 1st. That seems reasonable.

Well, still at 143!!! Could be worse I guess...could be 144!

Well...today did not have me meeting my August goals. Looks like only a 3 pound loss for August. Not even a one pound a week loss. :mad: I didn't make my excersize goal either. I had some car issues and membership dues issues that had me missing at least a weeks worth of classes. :o Oh well....the good thing about goals are, you can always make new ones. :devil:

So...i guess we should start a September goals thread huh???;)
