The key to weight loss is to have a plan for
after you have dropped the weight. Most folks find that if they just go back to their "old ways," the weight comes back on. And that makes sense, because that's probably how they became overweight to begin with.
Well, it's the last week of July. So, you've HAD a break since May! That should be enough time for you to get back on your program.
What program do you follow, BTW? Do you count calories? points a la Weight Watchers? Or some other program?
I don't know what to say to motivate you... except that I'm sure you don't want to have to lose those 50 pounds over again.

The only way out is through, believe me!
