I really started watching what I eat on Monday. I have been weighing in every morning about the same time. I have yet to make it to the gym, but, I have been doing tons of work around the house to build up a sweat about everyday......
Keep the good thoughts coming. I am getting more and more inspired everyday. I am also watching biggetst looser every morning... I see people that are my size and really doing what I want and need to do...it is very insperational....
