total = 23 (+1 34 flex points left)

there is a possibility that today is off some as I did some eating out, but I did my best to try and find nutritional information for similar foods and convert into points

1/4 cup green beans

I'll be gone tomorrow and Monday--and this may be my last post on this planning thread, 'cause I'm about to switch to maintenance. Or, maybe I'll keep on. But, I'll be dropping in anyway from time to time!

I haven't posted for a few days.. I've been on track, just lazy.. lol. But I did lose 2 lbs, so I am going to post again to keep that going!

Iced Mocha w/ 2% milk (200)

Mexican out.. but instead of my usual chicken quesadilla/rice.. I chose..
Salad (lettuce, spinach, tomatoes) w/ cheese (150 to be safe), grilled chicken (let's say 250 to be safe) and balsamic on the side (used maybe 2 tbsp max.. let's say 100 to be safe)

Snacks (345)
8 honey wheat pretzels (120)
all bran granola bar (120)
fresh blueberries (handful.. 30)
handful dried fruit mix (75)
