i love this place and i love you guys. i come from a horrible place where people are about 95% overweight, and when you loose they snear at you , they love to watch people get fat or just suffer.... horrible place.

Anyway... coming here you guys lift each other up so much.... and are so proud when someone else reaches a goal.... its like you share in thier success.

you guys beg to see pics and when you do you give compliments that are so heart felt because you know what is like to loose and the pics...it is an insparation to us all.

Just wanted to say that.... also i cant wait to post before and after pics of myself someday soon.

I know what you mean! I feel as though I have come home every time I log into this site. Even though I am a newbie, I can't believe how supportive these people are of each other. I think that I will finally succeed with my weight loss efforts and I attribute it to how great this site makes me feel.

I couldn't agree with you more. This IS a great place. I am so very thankful that I have found it. It's wonderful to be able to go through this long and often difficult journey with so many people who are all on the same page.
