Just want to say....
 

:D i love this place and i love you guys. i come from a horrible place where people are about 95% overweight, and when you loose they snear at you , they love to watch people get fat or just suffer.... horrible place.:(

Anyway... coming here you guys lift each other up so much.... and are so proud when someone else reaches a goal.... its like you share in thier success.:carrot:

you guys beg to see pics and when you do you give compliments that are so heart felt because you know what is like to loose and the pics...it is an insparation to us all.:hug:

Just wanted to say that.... also i cant wait to post before and after pics of myself someday soon. ;)

I know what you mean! I feel as though I have come home every time I log into this site. Even though I am a newbie, I can't believe how supportive these people are of each other. I think that I will finally succeed with my weight loss efforts and I attribute it to how great this site makes me feel.

I LOVE 3FC! I've learned so much from this website and I am absolutely obsessed... I used to spend all my internet time on celebrity gossip websites, now I'm always here instead :)

I couldn't agree with you more. This IS a great place. I am so very thankful that I have found it. It's wonderful to be able to go through this long and often difficult journey with so many people who are all on the same page.

I can't wait to see your before and after pics. I LOVE looking at those things. 22lbs already gone. We'll be seeing them before you know it. Keep up the good work. :)

Welcome aboard!! Everyone really is great.

I love it so much here I log on first thing in the morning and first thing when I get home from work in the evening! Everyone here helps keep me motivated, there's so much knowledge too, I can ask ANY question and atleast one person will have an answer, usually lots of people!
