I think you can troubleshoot by examining your diet and how much you're exercising. 1500 calories could be enough or you could need more. it depends if you're eating 1500 calories of lean protein, lots of veggies and fruits and good carbohydrates or if you're eating like 5 lean pockets or other pre-packaged foods.
Another thing is possible overtraining if you're getting a lot of exercise. Everyone's body needs different amounts of rest and stimulation. I generally feel beat down and achy and depressed after hitting the gym hard and running 4 or 5 times a week for about 10 weeks straight. then I take some days off and am refreshed and ready to continue on with a better perspective.
i wish it was easy for me to see a doctor but iam so scared that he will tell me i have diabetes as i saw many of you mention "sugar levels" that is a scary word.. i dont want to know, i know its wrong but i promise all of you i will think about it and give it a shot because like someone here mentioned it is better to catch whatever i have now early on if indeed is something serious. thank you all, i read every message and i dont feel so shy about really talking about my situations on here.

well if you do have a problem with sugar then you need to get it regulated as soon as possible....
but unless you have other symptoms such as excessive thirst and urination I doubt it's diabetes...
Pinup, I am so glad that you feel comfortable speaking about your fears here. But quite frankly, we are not equipped to diagnosis your medical conditions. YOU NEED TO SEE A DOCTOR FOR THAT. ESPECIALLY if you susupect you may have diabetes. Diabetes is a complicated disease, but it is managable. The sooner it is diagnosed, the better off you will be.
You should know, I also had such a fear of having diabetes. I thought for sure I had it. I was TERRIFIED when I finally went to the doctor. But nope, they told me my sugar levels were not high, but in fact low. I worried for years for absolutely no reason. This may be the case with you as well. I was so relieved when I finally went to the doctor. It was a real first big step for me in taking charge of my health. Please hun, get yourself to a doctor. I know you'll be glad that you did when it's all said and done.

not much, on the average probably about 2 (16 oz) water bottle's worth of water.
ya know, first thing i would do is at least triple your water intake.
i know when i was drinking 3 glasses a day as opposed to the 3 litres i do now I was always tired and cranky etc etc etc
it took me a while to build up to it but once I did i felt MUCH better...
if all you are getting is 16 oz of water and you drink coffee tea or diet soda you could be seriously dehydrated and that will strongly contribute to your pain and lethargy.
Could you have an ear or sinus infection? Allergies? Vertigo? An ear or sinus infection can make you feel dizzy and off balance. I'm one of those people who sometimes doesn't feel any pain when I have one, and by the time I figure out what is wrong, I feel like I am going through what I call "drunken" spells, lol. Allergies can be brutal on your system, too. We're having a very bad pollen season up here.
Definitely see a doctor, but it sounds like an infection of some sort in the ear/nose/throat area or possibly allergies or vertigo.
1500 calories doesn't seem that low to me, especially if they're mostly healthy calories. Now, if she was taking in 800 calories, then yes, I would say up them. I don't think it's food related, though.

I know this is off topic, but I just wanted to comment that the notion that coffee and other caffeinated beverages will dehydrate you seems to be NOT true, based on recent research.
In fact, there does not seem to be any research which indicates caffeine dehydrates you (except for people who just start drinking it). Overall, all beverages add to our hydration levels.
