Angry Hello on this beautiful Tuesday !!!!

Good morning, good morning, good morning.
Here it is...Tuesday Tips day.
I have gotten a lot of tips from all of you already.

From Taz I learned that exercise DOES make a difference.
From Susie I learned that posting in here Does make a difference too.
From Mary I learned to pray for others. It makes a difference for them and me.
From Jen I learned to quit eatting CRAP.
From Michelle I learned to HANG ON TO WHAT I HAVE. Relapse is no fun.
From Thin I learned that journaling can turn a relapse around.

Thanks for all those GREAT TIPS guys.
My tip of the day...... DO ALL OF THE ABOVE !!!!

It would be nice if we could "wish" this weight off. But wishing just leaves us waiting.
IT REQUIRES "ACTION" on our part.
We have to participate, not just be an observer.
All I have observed is me gaining weight when I wait.
TODAY is our day. Take an active role in your recovery.

Oh yes... don't forget your water. These dogs didn't forget theirs.
