I have to agree with Neli. I don't eat junk - high calorie or low calorie, and still managed to pack on many extra pounds!

But I also belive that its important to not just eat low calorie - but to also eat good food. For example, I try so hard not to processed foods, artificial sweetners, and hydrogenated oils. But it doesnt make it any easier not to overeat!
