I think it's absolutely incredible that you've lost 26 pounds so far, and from the way you describe yourself I'm sure you're much healthier too! You've probably got a ton more energy and have cleaned a lot of bad stuff out of your system, too. I bet that even if you can't tell much of a difference with this much weight gone, the people around you can.
I do a trick similar to what Lori mentioned with the milk jugs-- I figure a box of pasta is 1 pound, so just visualize a tower of 26 of those boxes! Booyah!
