Brunched today with friends at dim sum, so I ate a variety of dumplings & chinese small plates... I did control myself, so guesstimating that brunch to be around 1,000 calories

also had an iced americano (espresso + water) with mint syrup so about 50-75 calories

for dinner, I'm doing a whole what toast with some french soft cheese ~ sliced tomatoes with balsamic vinegar and some grated parmesan, and steamed veggies with salsa - about 350-400 calories

and for snack/dessert, 6 oz. of organic, farm-fresh raspberries (90 calories)

I also had a small cereal bar (70 calories) before my hour long, 5.2 mile run today. So all in all I guess I had about 1,700 calories worth, not particularly bad for a splurge day.

Also planning on a few more exercises (sculpting with stability ball, dumbbells) later today.
