I don't do a lot of nuts or seeds. Hardly ever have them. Sometimes I put seeds on salads, but I'm not a huge nut fan. I do like PB and have that occasionally. Yet I still get around 25 grams of fiber a day. I just checked about 5 days in a row to see and the lowest was 23 and the highest was 28. I eat a lot of fruit, mostly apples. I eat whole wheat bread and bagels. Breakfast varies from oats, to wheat toast or bagel, or wheat pancakes, to eggs, or fruit and yogurt. Through the day, I snack on apples, yogurt, and string cheese mostly. I sometimes nuke a Lean Cuisine or Healthy Choice for lunch and dinner is often grilled chicken, turkey or fish with a load of veggies and a sweet potato or whole wheat pasta or slice of whole wheat bread.

My fats are usually in the low 20s with them being pretty evenly distributed between the types. And my carbs are usually in the low 50s.

Just a caution on Fitday if you hadn't noticed. They assume by default that you are cooking with additional fat and salt. If there is a prepared item that you cooked and perhaps don't use added fat, that could be one "off" area. I had to go in and change a number of the values.

Yup. I had to input my own Hollandaise the other day because I made it with a dry mix using Brummel & Brown instead of butter and water rather than milk. But they have it listed with butter and salt and all the extras.

here's a place you might like to try. I gave up on fitday because they don't have enough of the foods that I would eat , it's a shame there isn't one here in NZ.
