Christina - TOM is time of the month - a good time to stay away from scales!

I'm new to this site and find everyone SO encouraging. Every time I want to eat I run for the computer instead. Thanks to you all

I was right at 180 - 181 lbs a week and a half ago. I weighed in at 183.4 this morning (2nd day for my TOM - We always call it "Aunt Flow" LOL). It had actually went up to 184.5 two days ago, before I started. Hopefully, I will drop 3 or 4 lbs in a few days, after TOM is over.

It is so discouraging when you see the scale go back up, especially when you don't realize that TOM is probably the cause... before I started, I was starting to really get frustrated, thinking I was eating too much or whatever, then after, I was like "oh yeah, I forgot... maybe that's why...." duhhhh.... LOL

Gotta love good ole Aunt Flow... (yeah, right....)
