Default Everyone weigh in 03/23/07

It's time for the change of seasons, how will our bodies change this spring? Find out with the 3FC general weigh in thread. All are welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around.

Me: 179.5, up four pounds since last week. My biggest one week gain since I started. I had a feeling that last week's weight was not really real, but I wasn't expecting this big of a bounce back. I'm not feeling real talkitive about this now.

The scale read 281 yesteday and today. I am down another 2 lbs and hope to have more next week after TOM is over.

183.2, which I'm calling 183 just because I need a little encouragement from my "get sick, drop four pounds fast, gain two back and slowly wiggle back down" hiccup. And I didn't gain over my birthday, yay!

200.2, down from 202.6 on Sunday. But it's TOM for me, too, so I won't be weighing in until next Wednesday or so. Anyone else have trouble with the weekends? I do great all week until Friday night rolls around and I want to go hog wild.

I'm the same way with weekends. I think for me it has to do with boredom and procrastination on things to do. I stress during the week getting things done when I could do it slowly on the weekend and I just don't because I'm lazy. I suck.

Me? Down to 166 (impressive 4 lb drop!) on Wednesday. Not to sure about what the reading will be on Saturday. Whatever it is, I will keep on chugging with calories and exercise.

I am sitting at 159 this morning...TOM was last week...I had bloated up to 162.5 at one point and I have been struggling right around here for several months now... I have been having emotional eating issues, cravings, and just plain chaotic eating for awhile now... I am hoping I am on the downward swing again...it feels that way but I am afraid to say to much about it or I might jinx it!!!

This morning I was 178 3/4 Not good. But it's been a bad week this week and I've had a job being focused, so I've gained 3/4 of a pound.

I've still been walking for 30 mins every day though but mentally it's been a tough week. Am hoping it will improve next week.

176 lb...down 2 lb from last week. (Before that, I had been stuck at 178 for a long time, so I'm worried that this is just dehydration...guess we'll see next week)

can i join you guys??..i am new to this site...this week i had my first weight loss...only one pound but it took a lot for that 1 pound..i started thyroid meds..but before i found out i was very frustrated...so finally one down i started at 169 and am now 168......christina

oh i have a really dumb ?....what is TOM?...i have a feeling but if i am right i have never heard it called that...
