When i followed WW...they taught us that diet soda's could count as 1/2 a water serving. The problem with counting tea and diet soda's is the caffine. You should still try to shoot for drinking the recommend water in take as water is the way i feel. I know my body feels the difference between water and anything else. BTW...it took me a while too...but now i'm drinking 1.5 - 2 liters of water a day...but i do try to cut back shortly before bed or i have to get up in the night. Good luck.

Hi Ellabella!

I drink alot of water, but then again as some have said, "I am thirsty alot and prefer water to any other drink". I don't think you should try to keep up with the "Jones's" as far as water intake. Drink what ever your comfortable with without forcing it . If your not thirsty, your probably well hydrated.

As for no one responding, I am on 3fatchicks at least 3-4 times a day, but I rarely post. I guess I'm a little shy as well as I feel like others have already said what I would have said. Also, as others have said, it's a little quieter on the weekends.

Hang in there and maybe drink a little less water. There are a lot of good people on here and a lot of good advise.

Good Luck!
