DH says he supports me and he says he appreciates the lower calorie meals, but I get discouraged when he has 2nds and 3rds and he needs to lose weight, too. If I make a small meal (no 2nds available) he has to eat dessert.
Yeah, I have to say it was just me through most of it - my parents tried to help, and were supportive but sometimes didn't know quite how to phrase things without having it be offensive. 3FC has been great since I found it, but that's more been maintenance and the last bit, staying motivated.

My not boyfriend (long story and no that isn't a typo). Although he didn't really jump on board until I stopped talked and actually did something about it.
