Today didn't go to bad. My kids did give me a treat from there loot! But I only ate two little candies! I rushed around all day so I am hoping when I go back to the DR. thurs maybe I will be down a lb.

How is everyone this good morning? I hope everyone is trying to start off OP. I have been trying harder lately but can't quite be "good" all day. I start off well but somewhere between lunch and supper there's this wild............ well you know what I mean. And for some reason I can't seem to get all the water in. *sigh* I will just have to try harder.
Glad to see everyone that's coming and posting! Missing the others. Prayers to all of you in the struggle of a lifetime against the old . I hope ya'll are also praying for me. Let's do our best to come at least daily and post. I did come yesterday but unfortunately my darn pager went off and I had to leave. Never got back here. Sorry *hanging head*.
