Default Everyone Weigh in 12/29/06

Well, it's the last weigh in of 2006. Let's share how we ended the old year. Everyone is welcome to join, just jump in whenever your official weigh in day rolls around.

Me: 183, up two pounds from last week. Given how I succumbed the the lure of the holiday cookie tray, this isn't really that big of a surprise. I have just one more 3 day weekend to get through, then it will be back to business as usual. And I have good feelings about the upcomming year.

Hi, I'm Anne, I'm pretty new here. I thought I would weigh in this morning. Given that I had only started a few days ago, I didnt think I would see any change. BUT.....I lost 3 lbs!!!!
I havent really done too much except try to cut out pop, and watch what I am eating. I also did some work on my exercise bike! I;ve really been trying to watch what I am eating and been writing it down so I can keep track of it!

Good luck to everyone else on their weigh in!!!

Up 1 lb. from last week. Considering I've only gained 1 lb. this holiday season and as much as I've eaten, I can live with that.

I'm down half a pound, which is still up from the week of Thanksgiving, but I'm back on track and will make my goal within 3 months!!!

Here's a recap of the year- started off last January at 148 lb, body fat 32.09% and BMI at 25.47. Started today at 140 lb, body fat 28.10 and BMI at 24.10.

I have been at 140 it seems like forever. But looking over the year, it hasn't been too bad. I think that I am slowing down, due to age and being within the last 10 pounds of my goal.

I'm at 217, which is one pound up from my "official" weigh-in last week, and two pounds up from hitting my first mini-goal.

It coulda been worse!

I weighed in at 181 (barely) on New Years day - which is 2 pounds up from my last legitimate weigh-in three weeks ago. Considering that spans the entire holiday season including New Years and my eating was pretty off the hook this eason -- that ain't bad.

I'm starting 2007 (work week) off clean - and determined to meet goal weight of 165 by late fall.
