I recommend a really good book I got on ebay. It's Kathy Smith's Lift Weights to Lose Weight. It's very interesting and really explains alot about dieting and exercise. It has workouts and explains the different exercises. It's a 12 week plan for weight loss. Today is week 1 - day 1 for me. I hope it works! Have a great day!
I haven't read the book. I'll have to check it out. I have the videos and they are great for me to have around when I can't (or don't want to) make it to the gym.
