Default Veggie issues
Part of my reasons for not losing weight is my food restrictions... I am not able to eat greens and most veggies. I can NOT have any Vit K in my diet. I would kill somedays for a salad...

Is it because of blood clot issues, or blood thinners? That is what happened to my BFF--the meds wouldn't work if she ate certain veggies. Are you able to eat other sources of fiber, like buts, beans, whole grains?

Yes it is a clotting issue and any amount of Vit K causes my INR to drop and I am at serious risk of clotting. I just don't like beans, I am working on the whole grains.. I have added Cherrios.. LOL

Are you allowed to have anything that would make your diet more alkaline, since that is suppose to help weight loss?
