caramelized onions and green peppers are sooooooooooo good. I also like raw green peppers, zucchini, snap peas, broccoli and cauliflower (prepared a lot of ways). I will dip raw vegetables in a proportion of a good dip. I also love asparagus. Bean sprouts and alphalpha sprouts are starting to rank high for me too.

Also Thighs Be Gone - congrats on losing 100 lbs! I hope to make it there one day.

My current "can't get enough of it" is baby broccoli. I get mine at Trader Joes.

Steamed beet greens! (If you like freshly cooked spinach, try these... mmm!)

The fresh beets they're attached to are pretty good, too, with a smidge of butter.

I love a raw sliced up mix of tomatoes, bell peppers and cucumbers. So good.

2) carrot (in any form - latest discovery carrot soup)
