I'm not sure if I'm allergic to peanuts. Lately I've been sometimes having loose stools but I'm not sure if the peanuts are the result. If so, loose stools were the ONLY reaction to ingesting peanuts... would that still be a food allergy?

I think that's a food intolerance, not an allergy.
