Okay, it's Wednesday and we were to start a new thread on Monday! It is the 4th week isn't it? Perhaps we need to start our own support group after the 6 weeks is up. I have not done the program consistently again! But I am eating better overall. I do like the motivation of a challenge but don't seem to be up for one right now. I have less than 6 weeks to my self-imposed deadline of losing weight. Where is everyone?

I gained .5 a pound this week I'll be honest it has been really hard for me to stick with ETL this weather I have even thought about trying the mcdougall program or the ornish plan. but for now I'll stick with ETL rile I'm trying to decide what to do. I'm just sooo stressed waaaaaa.
