Has anyone heard of or tried this program? It's a carb based Vegan program I just can across it on line. Was wondering if it's easie to stick with? there are a lot of carbs And I'm wondering if it would be easie to over do and not get all the veggies and fruit in that one would need. I miss bread WAAAA

and getting in the pound of raw veggies is killing me I'm not sure I could ETL for the rest of my life.
