how to estimate nutritional values on home cooked foods

  • is there an easy way to do this? i would like to know, because as i`m sure you all understand being veggie means cooking at home A LOT. it would be helpful if there was some type of formula to calculate a recipes entire nutritional value and then be able to divide it by a serving size to find out exactly how much of what you are eating at home. anyone know where i can find something like this?
